Debra Quinn is the high school graduate grand prize winner of The Art Institutes Storytellers Photography Competition. The mother of two young girls made a commitment to take more photographs after her husband’s passing four years ago. Since that time, she has documented life’s events and captured memories with her camera. Her submission to the competition has earned her a scholarship to The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg where she will continue to develop her skills. The Chicago, Illinois native is looking forward to beginning courses on campus in the coming weeks.
